Yes, tenants are able to generate reports by themselves.

Yes. You’ll receive a downloadable PDF copy of the report via email.

What does my tenant need to do, if anything?

Your tenant must have a Weelo account created and the app for iOS or Android. Tenants will receive a text verification to begin processing.

If a landlord is running a screening on a tenant the tenant must finish verification for the landlord to receive the screening. Both parties are necessary.

How long does it take for a report to be generated?

Reports are generated and sent out the same day as soon as the process is completed by all parties involved.
